rk partners has been upgraded from two to three stars in the latest JUVE ranking for banking and finance law/capital markets law in Austria. This makes our firm one of the leading practices in this field on the Austrian market – just around one and a half years after receiving its first two-star rating in autumn 2024.

The key factors behind the upgrade are, in particular, our strong positioning in sanctions advisory, banking supervisory law, banking M&A and private wealth. The team led by Dr Lukas Röper and Dr Dominik Kurzmann has consistently expanded these areas since the firm was founded in 2023.

A particular focus is on the release of frozen funds and securities – a regulatory niche area that has gained significant importance in recent years. This rapid upgrade demonstrates just how quickly rk partners has established itself in banking and finance law.

The accolade is part of a strong track record with JUVE: rk partners is now listed in four practice areas – Banking and Finance Law/Capital Markets Law, Public Law, Corporate Law/M&A, and Environment/Planning/Regulation as part of Public Law.
