rk partners has once again been recognised by JUVE in the field of Public Law. Our firm received two stars in the Environment/Planning/Regulation sector. This means that rk partners is now represented in four JUVE sectors.

This accolade confirms the consistent development of our public law and regulatory practice since the firm’s launch in early 2023. A particular focus is on energy law: under the leadership of Dr Dominik Kurzmann, we advise clients including Wien Energie and companies in the wind and solar sectors, and support projects relating to energy communities and energy cooperatives.

JUVE particularly highlights the combination of public law advice with transaction and financing matters. It is precisely this interface that characterises our work: we support clients where regulatory, administrative, civil and commercial issues converge.

Dr Lukas Röper’s practice in the field of sanctions law was also highlighted, in particular his experience in proceedings before regulatory authorities in Belgium and Germany.
